Envista Cares Challenge Highlights Family Service & Guidance Center

Envista Credit Union is pleased to announce that it will highlight the Family Service & Guidance Center through the Envista Cares Challenge during the month of October. All month, Envista will provide the FSGC with a media package that includes emails, social media, radio and billboards. In addition, Envista is challenging the community to give to Family Service & Guidance Center. For every dollar given to the organization during the month of October, Envista will match up to $2,500. Giving can be done online at www.envistacares.com.

“Thousands of northeast Kansas children who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD and other mental health issues depend on Family Service & Guidance Center. It’s our mission to provide care that helps them be successful at school, at home and in the community,” Brenda Mills, CEO of Family Service & Guidance Center. “We’re excited that the children and families we serve have a partner like Envista Credit Union willing to make such a substantial investment in their future.”

“It is our goal to highlight organizations doing great work in our community, while encouraging our community to give,” said Tara Dimick, Senior Vice President of Business Development for Envista. “Our goal at Envista is to: Lead. Inspire. Impact. Family Service and Guidance Center is an incredible example of an organization that leads, inspires and makes an everlasting impact on our community. We are honored to support them.”

“Family Service & Guidance Center has made a significant impact in my daughter's life. She learned how to ‘talk back to anxiety’ and not let it control her. FSGC provided a safe, nurturing environment for her to practice these skills and build her self-confidence. She is now free to engage in activities she has always wanted to do. She isn't held back. She is happier now and not afraid to shine,” said Darlene, parent of current FSGC client.

Envista Credit Union’s mission is to help members achieve their financial goals by providing quality products and services. Envista is a full service financial institution established in 1957 that has $390 million in assets and serves more than 43,000 Kansans with offices in Topeka, Lawrence and Hutchinson.
