Blind Tiger Brewery & Restaurant Announces New Chef Larry Freeman
Blind Tiger Brewery & Restaurant, Topeka's oldest and largest brewery, specializing in World Class Craft Beer and American Classic Cuisine, announces the hiring of new chef, Larry Freeman. Chef Freeman brings over 30 years of top-notch culinary experience to his new post. Having worked for many years in such positions as Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Kitchen Manager, he understands what it takes to keep a busy family restaurant running smoothly while providing high quality, delicious food, and friendly, attentive customer service.

"He possesses an incredible mixture of experience, education, foresight, and leadership, as well as a great deal of culinary creativity. Chef Freeman holds multiple awards and certificates in the culinary arts, as well as ServSafe certification.

Chef Larry Freeman starts exercising his profession at the Blind Tiger Brewery & Restaurant at the beginning of September.
