Topeka Habitat for Humanity to Open Family Selection for 2020 Home Ownership
(Topeka, KS) Topeka Habitat for Humanity is pleased to announce the upcoming selection for its 2020 partnership housing program. The partnership housing program allows individuals and families to partner with Topeka Habitat for Humanity to build and purchase a home.
Informational sessions will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 10:00am and 5:30pm at the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library. All interested applicants are encouraged to attend.
“This is an incredible opportunity for individual that is looking to change their economic family tree through homeownership. Our application process only opens once annually and we encourage any interested individuals or families to learn more and apply for this exciting opportunity,” said Janice Watkins, Executive Director.
Applications will be available for distribution starting on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at the Topeka and Shawnee County Library public information sessions and may be picked up from the Topeka Habitat offices anytime following September 26th. All applications are due for consideration by 5:00 pm on October 18, 2019.
