Abbott-Unlimited Acquires Bajillion Agency, MotoVike Films
Abbott-Unlimited, a software solutions company located in Topeka, acquired Bajillion Agency and MotoVike Films from Earl Kemper, owner of the Premier Advisory Group, in a private sale finalized December 1.
With the transition of ownership, Bajillion Agency will significantly expand its marketing services to include app development, user interface, and user experience design, among other new capabilities. Meanwhile, Abbott-Unlimited’s clients will benefit from integration of creative branding, marketing strategy, and video services to augment its software development expertise.

The companies will continue to retain their names under new ownership and offer the same creative strategy and video services performed by the same creative and account leadership teams. There will be no disruption to client services because of the ownership transition.
Bajillion Agency co-founder Andrea Engstrom said she has worked over the last year to make the business an operation that works without her.
“We built something we are very proud of-- a fantastic team, impressive client list, and an incredible body of work that will continue to grow,” Engstrom said. “I’m so thankful Bajillion has been part of my story and I’m looking forward to a new career direction that provides a life balance for more time with family.”
Abbott thanked Founder Earl Kemper, and co-founders Andrea and Josiah Engstrom for the opportunity to take the two companies to the next stage.

Bajillion Agency and MotoVike Films work for clients such as the Kansas Division of Tourism, The Topeka Zoo, Mammoth Sports Construction, GO Topeka, and the Kansas Bankers Association, among others. Both companies were founded in 2015.
Abbott-Unlimited was founded in 2013 to provide software development as a service.
The Premier Advisory Group continues to operate ActionCOACH Business Coaching, Path & Pursuit Business Brokerage, as well as dental management companies Pivot Dental and Triumph Dental.
