Blind Tiger Brewery Achieves Record Craft Beer Production and Sales in 2019
The Blind Tiger Brewery & Restaurant achieved record production and sales of our delicious, fresh, local Craft Beer in 2019. They brewed and sold more Craft Beer last year than ever before in the 24 and half year history of the Blind Tiger Brewery.
The Blind Tiger Brewery brewed 1,482 barrels of Craft Beer last year right here in Topeka. That is 367,536 glasses of Blind Tiger Beer consumed in the year by a thirsty city. One batch of beer at the Blind Tiger is 13 or 14 barrels (31 gallons each), which is about 420 gallons per batch. That means the brewing team brewed about 110 batches in the year, which is more than two full batches per week all around the year.

Ives, went on to say, "The Blind Tiger brewing system has been expanded and improved in some way every year since 2010 and now encompasses 45 stainless steel tanks in use every day. Rather than any huge expansions like some others, our future plans are to continue our steady, organic growth by attracting more and more folks in northeast Kansas to our great tasting, world class Craft Beer brewed right here in Topeka and on tap at the Blind Tiger Brewery. It is onward and upward and steady as she goes from here."
