EnvistaCares Challenge Highlights Doorstep

EnvistaCares Challenge Highlights Doorstep

Envista Credit Union is pleased to announce that it will highlight Doorstep through the EnvistaCares Challenge during the month of July. All month, Envista will provide Doorstep with a media package that includes emails, social media and radio. In addition, Envista is challenging the community to give to Doorstep. For every dollar given to the organization during the month of July, Envista will match up to $2,500. Giving can be done online at www.envistacares.com.

“Doorstep has been in Topeka helping our neighbors in need for over 50 years. We want to give people a ‘hand up’ and help them during a time of crisis or need,” said Lisa Cain, Executive Director of Doorstep. “We rely heavily on our volunteers, member congregations and the community to help us provide services, donate food, clothing and monetarily to provide for our neighbors. We feel blessed to have been chosen as the EnvistaCares Challenge for July. With the current Covid situation, we have seen a drop in donations the past few months and this gives us a chance to bring those dollars back in to help our fellow neighbors in need.”

“Our goal at Envista is to lead, inspire and make an impact with our giving,” said Tara Dimick, Chief Business Development Officer of Envista. “Doorstep, is an incredible example of an organization that leads, inspires and makes an everlasting impact on our community. We are honored to support them, and encourage our community to give.
