EnvistaCares Challenge Announces Shawnee County Crime Stoppers Donation Results
Shawnee County Crime Stoppers and Envista Credit Union are pleased to announce that thanks to community support totaling $4,815, Shawnee County Crime Stoppers will receive the challenge match of $2,500 from Envista. In total, $7,315 in contributions during the month of August.
“It’s encouraging to see the community step up to the challenge in supporting this amazing organization and all their efforts in helping to fight crime and to create a safer community,” said Erika McNeill, engagement coordinator for Envista.
“We could not be any more thankful for Envista’s support of Shawnee County Crime Stoppers. Our organization exists to empower community members to take charge of their community’s safety. In additional to reporting tips, donations from community members are another way to support our work and build a stronger and safer Shawnee County,” said Angel Romero, board chair for Shawnee County Crime Stoppers.
