Envista surprises non-profit organizations during International Credit Union Week

Envista Credit Union is celebrated International Credit Union Week (ICU Week) October 17-21 by surprising non-profit organizations with a $500 donation. Weeks leading up to ICU Week, Envista asked their members, community and staff to nominate a non-profit organization who they felt are making an impact in Topeka, Lawrence and Hutchinson.

Envista presented the five non-profit organizations in each community, surprising them with a $500 check donation.  The following non-profit organizations were awarded in Topeka: The Project 2 Restore, Topeka Civic Theatre, Helping Hands Humane Society, Midland Care and Valeo Behavioral Health Center and the following in Lawrence: Called to Greatness, Project Lydia, Positive Bright Starts, The Salvation Army of Douglas County and Foster Village Lawrence. Envista will name and present the Hutchinson non-profit organizations with their donations in November to kick-off the season of giving.

“International Credit Union Week serves as a reminder of the Envista Difference, we have the opportunity to impact lives every day, from holding the door open for a member to assisting them with their first car loan, or being there to help navigate the process when a loved one passes. During ICU Week, we want to showcase the Envista Difference and how we are empowered to make an impact in the lives of our members and our community,” said Erika McNeill, engagement coordinator of Envista.
