Senior Management Transitions at Silver Lake Bank
Silver Lake Bank announced several senior management changes.
Kay Graham Scott, Senior Vice President, Retail Operations Manager, recently retired after more than 21 years of service with Silver Lake Bank. She played an instrumental role in the Bank’s growth and success.
Patrick Gideon, President, and Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the 113-year-old family-owned bank commented, “Kay served as an important leader of the bank for the past 21 years. We will miss Kay and wish her the best in her retirement.”
In addition, the bank announced it has promoted Brice Feldt to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Feldt has served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, he has oversight responsibilities for all banking operations.
The bank made other additions to its leadership team:
John Geiger was named Market President for the bank’s newest location in Overland Park, which will be opening this fall. He is well-established in the Kansas City area as a commercial lender.
Kimbra Henry was named Human Resources Director. She has broad management experience in the Topeka area with strengths in human resources, business management, contracts, mediation, and resolution.
Jeanny Sharp serves as Marketing and Communications Manager. She has vast sales/marketing, communication, and media experience in the Midwest.
Holly Reed serves as Customer Relationship Manager. She has previous banking experience in customer service and customer relations.
Silver Lake Bank operates five customer facilities across Kansas in Topeka, Lawrence and Silver Lake with an additional location coming soon in Overland Park.
