Clayton Wealth Partners is proud to announce its role as the primary sponsor for the North Topeka Arts District’s new Avant Garde Underground art studio for the next five years.
Three CWP team members—Clint Patty, J.D., Managing Partner; Barbara Duncan, CFP®, Partner and Senior Wealth Advisor; and JD Kaad, CIMA®, Director of Trading and Technology—attended the November 2 ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new art studio. The event marked the opening of a vibrant venue that provides a much-needed platform for artists throughout Northeast Kansas to gather, collaborate, and express their creativity.
Avant Garde Underground, located in the heart of NOTO, represents an important development in the arts community. NOTO itself is an arts and cultural district committed to transforming the North Topeka area into a thriving hub of artistic expression, local business, and community engagement.
Patty said the sponsorship represents the Registered Investment Advisor’s support for the arts and their role in enriching community life.
“For much of the past two decades, Clayton Wealth Partners has been committed to helping grow Topeka’s entire entertainment corridor,” he said. “Even though our office is downtown, we recognize that the corridor extends across our river into NOTO’s amazing arts district and beyond.”
