Amanda Kiefer joins Stormont Vail Health Board of Directors

Amanda Kiefer, senior vice president, chief people and inclusion officer at FHLBank Topeka, has joined the Stormont Vail Health Board of Directors. Kiefer’s term began in October 2024 and she currently serves on the Quality and Patient Safety Committee and the Executive and Physician Compensation Committee.

Prior to her current position at FHLBank, Kiefer held roles as first vice president, director of human resources and inclusion, assistant vice president, and assistant general counsel. She initially joined the organization as an officer and staff attorney in 2011. Kiefer also previously served at Security Benefit Corporation as assistant counsel, where she specialized in the area of securities regulation.

Kiefer is a graduate of the Washburn University School of Law and received a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Kansas State University.
