Stormont Vail Health’s Brad Parry Inducted into Mid-America Athletic Trainers’ Association Hall of Fame
Stormont Vail Health is proud to recognize Brad Parry, MS, LAT, ATC, for his induction into the Mid-America Athletic Trainers' Association Hall of Fame. Parry has spent nearly 40 years on the field, court, mats, and more, serving as an athletic trainer for Stormont Vail since 1987. He currently serves as the supervisor for Stormont Vail’s high school ATCs.
Now Brad can add another accomplishment to his lengthy list of achievements: induction into the Mid-America Athletic Trainers' Association Hall of Fame. Parry's induction is a prestigious honor that recognizes his contributions to the athletic training profession. He has worked with Kansas legislators to enact licensure requirements for athletic trainers in 2004 and sat on the Kansas State High School Activities Association committee that revised high school sports physical forms.
“It is really an honor to be recognized by your peers for this Hall of Fame induction,” Parry said. “I find it very humbling to be included with many of the great athletic trainers from this seven-state area.”
Parry’s induction comes as the longtime Washburn Rural High School ATC prepares to retire from a 40-year-long ATC career at the end of this school year.
