Nominations for Topeka’s “Top 20 Under 40” are now Open
Nominations for Topeka’s “Top 20 Under 40” are open beginning March 26th and will close June 17th.
Topeka’s Top “20 Under 40” award honors members of the Topeka/Shawnee County Community for their commitment and contributions both professionally and personally. When a nomination is submitted, nominees are sent an invitation to formally apply for the honor. Applications will be accepted from nominees from April 15th to July 8th. Nominees will be invited to attend an Information Session in May and June to learn more about the application process. Recipients of the 2024 Topeka’s “Top 20 Under 40” will be honored at a banquet on November 14.
“This is such a great way to honor leaders in our community that work hard and live by Scout Law whether they know it or not,” said Amy Pinger, Committee Chair. “They demonstrate strength in leadership by being Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, and Reverent which are all tenants of scout law.”
