What does being a leader mean to you?
Knowing how to inspire and to lead by example.
Who is your mentor and what have you learned from them?
Ruben Salamanca, who taught me how to be a teacher and a coach. He also taught me to have pride in the work I do and to always be a good listener.
What is one word you would use to describe yourself and why?
One word that describes me is outgoing. I am social, optimistic, approachable, able to adapt and to truly listen to what others have to say.
What are you grateful for?
My family and good health.
