Topeka Country Club Welcomes Dustin Newman, PGA as New General Manager

The Topeka Country Club (TCC) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Dustin Newman, PGA, as the new General Manager, effective September 30, 2024. Mr. Newman joins us with a wealth of experience and an impressive track record in club management, having demonstrated visionary leadership and a commitment to enhancing member experiences throughout his career.

Dustin has built an extensive career in the golf and club management industry. His most recent role was as the General Manager at Fremont Hills Country Club in Nixa, Missouri, where he led a team focused on creating an unparalleled member experience while achieving financial goals. His previous positions have included Regional Manager at Landscapes Golf Management, General Manager at both the Tippecanoe Lake and Canyon Farms Golf Clubs, and roles in marketing and sales in the golf industry. Dustin's career is marked by his ability to engage with employees, develop business strategies, and establish strong member relations.

Greg Greenwood, Search Committee Chair, and Matt Strathman, Chair of the Board of Directors, have expressed their excitement about this new chapter for TCC. "We are confident that Dustin's leadership and vision will further elevate the member experience at Topeka Country Club," said Matt Strathman. The Search Committee, comprised of Savannah Falley, Todd Hansen, Brett Klausman, Eric Stafford, and Anne Wilson, alongside other Board Members who supported the early stages of the search, were instrumental in this successful appointment.

Dustin Newman shared his enthusiasm for joining TCC, stating, "The opportunity to be part of Topeka Country Club is amazing.
