Zombie Gel Blaster Takeover Happens at GreatPLAY

GreatLIFE Golf & Fitness is bringing Halloween thrills to GreatPLAY with the Zombie Gel Blaster Takeover during their Haunted House Week Event. The event occurs every evening from 6pm-8:30pm from Friday, October 24 through Friday, October 31 at their GreatPLAY location on 1936 NW Tyler St., Topeka, KS 66608. Players will take part in an epic team-based showdown, joining forces to battle against an organized team of zombies in GreatPLAY’s Gel Blaster arena.

Gel Blaster Nexus uses rapid-fire blasters that shoot water-based gel balls, called gellets, which burst on impact. The gellets are safe, non-toxic and leave no mess. Players are equipped with smart vests and connected blasters, while an interactive arena and mobile app track scoring, power-ups and leaderboards in real time. Matches will take place in GreatPLAY’s laser tag arena, alternating between laser tag and Gel Blaster rounds. For the Zombie Takeover event, up to 11 players can team up against the zombie team at once.

GreatPLAY recently added an indoor mini golf course that will also be themed to the occasion. Dressing up in costume is encouraged! The whole week is themed to the occasion during full business hours of GreatPLAY, but the Zombie Gel Blaster Takeover is only active during 6pm-8:30pm during the event days.

Gel Blaster Nexus will remain a permanent feature at GreatPLAY, available for friendly competitions, birthday parties and group events.
