C. Patrick Woods Named President of ITC Great Plains
ITC Holdings Corp. has promoted C. Patrick Woods to Vice President of ITC Holdings Corp. and President of ITC Great Plains, effective Jan. 1, 2026.
Woods will provide leadership and strategic direction for ITC Great Plains. He will oversee state government affairs, regulatory strategy, community relations, customer and business solutions, and project development.
Woods joined ITC in 2018 and has served as Director of Business Affairs and Manager of Southwest Power Pool and state regulatory strategy.
“ITC Great Plains plays a vital role in strengthening the region’s energy infrastructure and supporting the communities we serve,” Woods said. “I am honored to step into this role and look forward to working with our team to advance reliable transmission solutions that meet the needs of customers, stakeholders and the evolving energy landscape.”
Before joining ITC, Woods held leadership positions in the private sector and in state and local government. He also serves in several community and industry roles.
