Winston Brown Adds Industry Leaders Gina Nellis and Corey Dehn

Winston Brown, a leading residential design-build construction company specializing in remodel and custom home building serving Topeka, Lawrence and Kansas City, has announced the strategic expansion of its leadership team with the addition of Gina Nellis and Corey Dehn, two highly respected professionals whose expertise strengthens the company’s operational capacity, project delivery systems and client experience.

Nellis joins the company as director of operations, bringing more than 30 years of operational management, client relations, sales and floor plan design experience to the leadership team. Nellis oversees the design-build process, ensuring that communication, expectations, design intent and budget remain aligned throughout the full project life cycle.

Dehn is a licensed architect and a LEED Accredited Professional. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and is a past chair of the Topeka Planning Commission. His background supports Winston Brown’s focus on design excellence, sustainability and craftsmanship.
