McCormick began her career in financing before entering the accounting sector, where she worked for the federal government for nearly 20 years. After moving to Topeka, McCormick quickly noticed the local business opportunities, which re-sparked her strong desire to begin her entrepreneurial journey and enter the franchise industry.
