Lee Eaton Promoted to Chief Operations Officer at Midwest Health

Midwest Health, Inc. is proud to announce the promotion of Lee Eaton to Chief Operations Officer (COO), recognizing a lifetime of dedication to senior care and leadership that began when Eaton was just 15 years old.

Eaton’s career in senior living started humbly – washing dishes, preparing meals, and doing groundskeeping at local communities. That early experience sparked a lifelong passion for serving seniors and supporting the teams who care for them.

Since those early days, Eaton has worked in nearly every area of the senior living industry. He served as an Administrator of a community and later as Vice President of Independent Living. Most recently, he held the position of President of Senior Living. At each step, Eaton has brought a deep understanding of senior care, a commitment to supporting frontline staff, and a passion for improving the lives of residents.

“I’m truly honored to step into this role,” said Eaton. “Midwest Health is a family-owned company focused on improving the lives of seniors while treating them with dignity and respect. I’m excited to help lead our teams into the future with that same purpose at heart.”

Eaton is a proud graduate of Washburn University and the Washburn School of Law. Throughout his career, he has been an advocate for seniors and the industry through service on several boards and charitable organizations. He has served as President of both the Kansas Healthcare Association and the Kansas Adult Care Executives (KACE) and currently serves on the board of Heritage Bank.

In 2024, Eaton was named an Honorary Lifetime Member by KACE for his outstanding contributions to the field of senior living.
