The Topeka Chamber Political Action Committee Announces Primary Endorsements
The Greater Topeka Chamber of Commerce’s Political Action Committee (PAC) has announced its endorsements of candidates with primary races for the upcoming mid-term election season. There are six candidates vying for the Mayoral seat and another six seeking Council District 1, and the Chamber PAC endorses one candidate for Mayor, and 3 in the District 1 race.
These individuals were selected based on their knowledge of the issues impacting economic growth and prosperity of the City and region. “The Chamber PAC comprises a bipartisan group of business leaders with one goal: advance candidates that will advance Topeka and our region forward as the best place to do business” said Natalie Haag, PAC Board Chair.
Candidates receiving an endorsement in primary elections include:
Mayor of Topeka
Spencer Duncan
City Council District 1
Karen Hiller
Brendan Jenson
Will Naeger
The 2025 primary election day will take place on August 5, 2025. Advance voting by mail begins on July 16th, with early in-person voting on July 21st.
