Gel Blaster Nexus Launches at GreatPLAY
GreatLIFE Golf & Fitness will launch Gel Blaster Nexus at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 16 at their GreatPLAY location on 1936 NW Tyler St., Topeka, KS. The new activity brings fast-paced, team-based fun to players of all ages. Launch weekend will feature live demonstrations and hands-on play. There will also be a drawing held for a giveaway gift basket with a value of $200.
Gel Blaster Nexus uses rapid-fire blasters that shoot water-based gel balls, called gellets, which burst on impact. The gellets are safe, non-toxic and leave no mess. Players are equipped with smart vests and connected blasters, while an interactive arena and mobile app track scoring, power-ups and leaderboards in real time. Matches will take place in GreatPLAY’s laser tag arena, alternating between laser tag and Gel Blaster rounds. Up to 16 players can join each round in two eight-player teams, with game modes and features updated regularly.
GreatPLAY recently added a brand-new indoor mini golf course, adding to an already exciting lineup of attractions that includes arcades, laser tag, fitness center, and an indoor playground and swimming pool, making it a go-to destination for active, family-friendly entertainment.
