PDQ Construction’s Mike Pressgrove Named National Remodeler of the Year by NAHB
PDQ Construction is proud to announce that its owner and founder, Mike Pressgrove, has been named the 2024 National Remodeler of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)—the highest individual honor bestowed annually to one remodeler in the country.
Pressgrove received the award during the International Builders’ Show (IBS) in Las Vegas in March, where he was recognized for decades of leadership, craftsmanship, and service to the industry and his local community. The award acknowledges professionals who have demonstrated exceptional business integrity, customer service, community involvement, and dedication to advancing the remodeling industry.

A longtime leader in the remodeling world, Pressgrove served as 2024 Chair of the NAHB Remodelers Council, helping shape national conversations around industry innovation and small business leadership. His impact extended all the way to Washington D.C., where he spoke to representatives of the Federal Reserve about housing trends and remodeling markets.
