Forge Taps Caleb Soliday as New Forge Director to Lead Young Professionals in Topeka
Forge, the Topeka & Shawnee County young professional’s network, is pleased to announce the hiring of Caleb Soliday as its new Director. In this role, Soliday will lead Forge’s efforts to connect, engage, and develop young professionals while supporting talent attraction and retention in Topeka and Shawnee County.
Soliday brings deep institutional knowledge and a strong passion for the community to the role. A long-time member of Forge, he has been actively involved for years—serving on multiple committees and most recently as a member of the Forge Board. His leadership, commitment, and genuine enthusiasm for Topeka make him well-positioned to guide Forge into its next chapter.
