Hill’s Pet Nutrition Appoints Wendy Boise as Executive Vice President of People
Hill’s Pet Nutrition, a global leader in pet nutrition, announced the appointment of Wendy Boise as Executive Vice President of People. In this role, Boise will lead the company's global people function, cultivating a high-impact, inclusive culture and advancing the capabilities and leadership of Hill’s teams worldwide.
Boise brings more than 26 years of human resources leadership at Colgate-Palmolive (CP), where she has consistently driven organizational effectiveness and HR strategy during periods of significant transformation.

Most recently, she served as the Executive Vice President of Global Talent, Learning and Organization Development, leading enterprise-wide talent acquisition, leadership, learning, succession and career development. In this role, she advanced the parent company culture by designing and implementing a global career framework, new leadership principles, and reimagined Company values.

Since joining CP in 2000, Boise has held a variety of key operational and strategic roles. Her previous positions include vice president of North America human resources and head of HR for the global finance organization. As a recognized global human resources leader, she also serves on the SAP SuccessFactors CHRO Advisory Board.
Boise holds a bachelor’s degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from New York University.
