To be a community where people want to live and raise their families, but more importantly a place where everyone feels welcome and safe and enjoys life.

HOW DO YOU DEFINE SUCCESS?

Success, to me, is a personal thing. Sometimes I think we get too caught up in how we think other people view us and what they think success is. So make success personal, define for yourself what success is and go with it.

WHAT WAS AN AHA! MOMENT FOR YOU?

When I realized no matter what you do, no matter how much you prepare and no matter how much you plan, things are still going to happen. How you deal with those situations is really what measures you as a person.
