Remember to lead by example. You need to promote the culture and work ethic you want from others by being an example for them to follow.

The time given to us to have experiences with our friends and family.
WHAT ADVICE WERE YOU GIVEN THAT STILL STICKS WITH YOU?
People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.
WHEN THINGS GET TOUGH, WHAT DO YOU TELL YOURSELF?
I remind myself that the adversity I am facing won’t last forever, and the growth I gain from the trials just makes me stronger.
WHAT’S ON YOUR BUCKET LIST?
To visit all 50 states with my wife and children. We have a lot of beauty to see across our country and I would love to share those experiences with my family.
