The YE Flyers

Topeka West High School student Huyen Nguyen explains her business plan, Coffee Luv, to a panel of business executives. Nguyen took third place in the competition and $1,000 at Youth Entrepreneurs' Final Flyers in Wichita on Thursday.

Sixteen students from Greater Kansas City, Topeka, Southwest Kansas, and Greater Wichita competed. Prior to the Finals, students crafted their written business plans, and presented and competed at the classroom and regional levels. Regional winners received up to $1,000 that can be used for higher education or business capital.
