Westar Energy is partnering with Allconnect, a national leader in connecting consumers with new services, to offer its Move Advisor program to Westar’s customers. The program “Connections from Westar Energy” is a free, one-stop resource for consumers to receive personalized assistance to compare and order services such as satellite or cable TV, internet, telephone and home security systems. It’s available when customers call or go online to transfer or establish electric service with Westar Energy.
When Westar Energy customers transfer or establish service they will have the opportunity to speak with an Allconnect advisor, who reviews the numerous service options available at their new address, including satellite TV, cable TV, Internet, phone, and home security systems. After discussing the plans, promotions and bundles available, the advisor then takes the order and schedules installation, providing end-to-end service.
Customers who transfer or establish service with Westar Energy online will also have the opportunity to explore, compare and purchase service options available at their new address through Allconnect’s e-commerce platform.
