"The NOTO Arts and Entertainment District is pleased to welcome "Phoenix Finds NOTO" with a formal NOTO Ribbon Cutting on Friday, December 6 at 4:30p.m.
Located at 823 N. Kansas, the shop specializes in vintage and antique items of all kinds. "We are very excited to be a part of NOTO - we love the artsy vibe and feel our unique selection of merchandise will be well-received here" said owner Melissa Miller.
