COREFIRST BANK AND TRUST IS TITLE SPONSOR OF THE 2019 DOWNTOWN CONCERT AND FOOD TRUCK CONCERT SERIES

The series includes the Country and Food Truck Concert on May 11, Rock and Food Truck on July 27 and the Jazz and Food Truck on September 21.

We are excited to partner with the GTP and DTI by sponsoring the 2019 CoreFirst Bank and Trust Summer Concert Series in Topeka,” said John Fager, First SVP & Senior Director of Sales and Marketing. “It is events like these that really illustrate just how much our community has grown with the collaboration and support of so many.” 

The Concert and Food Truck series brings outstanding local, regional and national talent to perform on stage at 9th and Kansas Avenue along with over 20 food and beverage vendors. Each concert attracts thousands of people, making it the largest free music event in Topeka.

Headlining the CoreFirst Bank and Trust Country and Food Truck Concert is Nashville recording artist Brandon Lay, named a country artist to watch in 2019 by The Tennessean, The Boot and Popculture.com. Also performing is Lauren Jenkins, chosen by Billboard Magazine, NY Times, Rolling Stone and Pandora as a 2019 artist to watch, Kansas native Bryton Stoll and Topekan, Rachel Louise Taylor.

The CoreFirst Bank and Trust Country and Food Truck Concert takes place between 8th and 10th street on Kansas Avenue. The 2019 CoreFirst Bank and Trust Country and Food Truck Concert schedule is as follows:

3:30pm – Food trucks begin serving

4:00pm – Rachel Louise Taylor

5:15pm – Bryton Stoll

6:30pm – Lauren Jenkins

8:00pm – Brandon Lay
