WAAT seeks to advance the interests of women in the legal profession. Under Smith’s leadership, WAAT will focus on building relationships through mentoring, professional networking opportunities, and service to the bar and broader community. WAAT was founded in 1984 and is celebrating its 35thanniversary this year.
