TK: What inspired you to start your business?

Lack and Freedom. I didn't have many options as to what I could succeed in being a convicted felon. l have my Physical Fitness Training license, but I knew that would limit my ability to create true Impact. I've always had a passion for people and real estate, so fear of the unknown was not an option and the freedom of real estate investment became my only option.

TK: What has been your greatest challenge?

Belief in myself. I've grown so much from where I used to be, at times I felt like an imposter. Until the day I realized; I am where I am because I put in the work, it was hard for me to thrive.

Tell about a failure that helped move you to growth, innovation or success? Being taken away from my family, society, and the social norm. Having everything removed  from my life gave me the ability to see what's most important and challenged me to grow. Good character, Integrity, and honesty came from serving 10 years in a federal prison.

TK: How do you recharge?

Reading my Bible, journaling, and exercise.

TK: What advice would you give someone wanting to move-up?

Believe you're worth it. Become a person of value. Plan. Execute. Fail often and learn. Repeat. P.S. Don't listen to the naysayers. Especially when it's yourself!
