TK: What is the most important characteristic that every leader should possess and why? Every leader must possess faith. This faith is not exclusive to religion but faith in their community or faith in whatever they believe in and must not derive from that path.
TK: What motivates or inspires you? My inspiration comes from happiness. If someone ever says they love going to work because they love their profession, that is the same feeling I get when I help others. I love being able to help people make a difference in their community and even in their lives.
TK: What is your theme song?
My theme song is, I Got Joy by Lee Roessler. Lee is an amazing musician who I was blessed to go on a mission trip in the virgin islands with. His song “I Got Joy” has a melody line that says. “I got joy burning through my soul, so I gotta make some noise.” That line reflects how we should all share our joy with one another.
