TK: Who is your hero(s)? Why?

My parents. My parents are the cornerstone of our family.  Their love, support and strength through the years has been unwavering.  Always there to lend a helping hand or a shoulder to cry on, there is nothing they won’t do for their family.

Fight for the things that you care about, but do it in a way that will lead others to join you. – Ruth Bader Ginsburg

TK: How has the current situation impacted your thoughts on leadership?

Shows that leadership doesn’t have to be face to face. The importance of being able to adapt to all kinds of situations and communicate efficiently and effectively is imperative.

TK: What will you do differently after the pandemic?

Not exactly sure what I’ll do differently but I’m really looking forward to sitting on a beach and soaking up some sun.
