Topeka Business Coach Earns Top Global Ranking

Certified business coach Anthony Blanco was named Global Employee Business Coach of The Year by ActionCOACH Business Coaching during their annual gala. 

Blanco earned the award because of positive results from the businesses he coaches under the Topeka franchise of ActionCOACH. Coached business metrics including overall revenue, lead generation and conversation, average dollar sale, number of transactions, and others factored into his ranking as the top business coach worldwide. 

In total, the ActionCOACH network of businesses has more than 1,000 coaches worldwide in 70 countries working with 18,000 businesses on a weekly basis. 

“To me, the outcomes for the businesses I coach mean that I’m able to impact a lot of people,” Blanco said. “I get to positively affect business owners, and through them impact their team and the people they work with, and their entire community.” 

Blanco has been a business coach and business owner in Topeka for more than 20 years, but has been part of the ActionCOACH Topeka franchise for almost four years. He and ActionCOACH Topeka owner and master coach Earl Kemper coach clients under the umbrella of the Premier Advisory Group, located at 100 S. Kansas. 

The positive effect of business coaching became clear during the onset and continuation of pandemic response efforts, which included business shut down orders. Blanco said the businesses he worked with didn’t just survive, but have thrived despite weeks of not being able to operate. 

“A client told me he was only $25,000 behind where he was last year at the same time, despite having been shut down for six weeks,” Blanco said. “In other cases, I have clients that were able to do their planning in such a way that resulted in three record months of revenue and profit.”

According to Blanco, being successful in business starts with the right foundation.  

“The biggest thing for business owners is helping them have the right mindset and then get the vision for their business right,” Blanco said. “I assess the situation and help them decide their highest priorities, then help them execute at the highest level through goal setting, 90-day planning, and accountability at the highest level.”
