What motivates you?

I like to work hard to help my clients as well as provide for my family. My reputation of getting things done, and done the right way, motivates me at work and home.

As a youth coach, what life lessons do you hope to pass along?

Practice and hard work pay off, but let’s have some fun along the way.

What’s an early career misstep you made that changed you?

Submitting a rough draft as work product. That experience taught me to always produce my very best work every time; whether a quick email to a colleague or friend, detailed letter to a client, or court filing. Doing good work every time, at the office and elsewhere, is a reflection of you and the importance you place on quality in all aspects of your life.

What is the most spontaneous thing you’ve ever done?

Even my most spontaneous decisions are thought through.

What’s your favorite hashtag?

If I ever start “twittering,” I’ll let you know.

If you could eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?

The Pennant’s creamy jalapeno fries.
