What inspires you?
Individuals with a growth mindset. The mindset to consistently self-assess and increase your abilities for greater growth leads to a path of even greater accomplishments. I’m inspired by those who never stop chasing their full potential!
What is the most important characteristic that every leader should possess?
Courage. Being a leader requires you to take risks, think differently, have difficult conversations and persist despite any setbacks or discomforts. It takes courage to be authentic, vulnerable and to have honest conversations. If you are courageous enough to lead, then trust, accountability and influence will follow.
What is the meaning of your name?
God beholds.
