What do you wish someone had told you a long time ago?
Time is the only fair thing in life, no one gets more or less. Use it wisely.
What leader do you admire the most?
Leadership comes in many forms. I admire the individuals who I have worked for that empowered and trusted me. However, my biggest admiration is for my family—for my mom's determination, my dad's patience and discipline, and my sister’s support.
What do you wish you were good at?
I wish I would have been a better reader. There is a ton of knowledge in books and it helps your imagination and creativity grow.
If they made a movie of your life, who would play you?
I asked my son this question and he said that I would have to play myself. I am just going to go with that.
What brings you joy?
In general, I am a positive and happy person, so everything brings me joy. I would note that making others happy brings me the most joy.
