What is the best advice you have received?
Just remember, no matter what, everyone is just trying to live their lives the best they know.
What is your favorite thing/place in Topeka?
The Topeka Zoo. My family and I have enjoyed making the zoo a frequent family outing. It’s a great place to just get outside and enjoy a fantastic experience.
What's one thing you wish you were good at?
I wish I was good at playing guitar.
If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
I would want the superpower of a photographic memory to remember everything I saw, observed and read. I would be the greatest at any trivia game.
What characteristic must leaders have?
Leaders need to hold themselves to a higher standard and set the example.
Who do you admire?
Dwight D. Eisenhower. Here’s a guy who grew up as a small-town Kansas boy and then went on to becoming one of the most influential American leaders of the 20th century.
