What was the last thing you put 100% into?
Self-Care. Entrepreneurial burnout is real and the focus on my mental and physical well-being as well as creating boundaries around work to spend more time on myself as well as with family and friends has been my highest priority.

What do you wish someone had told you a long time ago?
To never work for anyone else. The freedom and flexibility I have being a business owner is something I'd never trade and wish I'd have started sooner.

What leader do you admire the most?
Dave Ramsey. Not only has his work inspired me to become debt free and start my business, but the way he leads his team and offers the freedom to create and be successful without micromanagement. A spirit of giving and creating an unmatched culture is something I strive for in my own companies.

What brings you joy?
Traveling. Whether it's a cross country road trip or a weekend getaway, I love new adventures, experiencing other cultures and making memories in new cities.
