What leader do you admire the most?
Gordon Parks. His work as a photographer and writer on the front of mid-century social justice speaks to me. “I saw that the camera could be a weapon against poverty, against racism, against all sorts of wrongs. I knew at that point I had to have a camera.” —Gordon Parks
What is your spirit animal?
A bear. Warm and cuddly, but I can also be defensive about those I care about.
What do you wish someone had told you long ago?
“Buy the experience, not the thing.”

These three hashtags describe me best by not only sharing what I do, but who I am. I’m Kansan by birth and by choice. The work, and hobby in my free time, that I do is photography of many sorts. It’s how I make my living and how I choose to express myself. I’m also a documentarian. I enjoy telling the stories of others.
