New project to bring more than 100+ jobs to Topeka
Dover Development and Brahms Construction is proud to announce the groundbreaking for their brand-new senior living community in Topeka, Kansas. Upon opening, this will be the 59th community managed by Cedarhurst Senior Living across nine states.
This new multi-million dollar, 75-thousand square foot campus close to West Ridge Mall will look toward the future for Northeast Kansas seniors.
This building features an upscale design with exterior courtyards, ample outdoor gathering spaces and patios, and multiple restaurant style dining options.
Cedarhurst of Topeka will offer 57 Assisted Living and 27 Memory Care apartments and is expected to be ready for move-ins in the fall of 2022.
“We are all really excited about opening a new community in the Capital City,” said Cedarhurst Chief Operating Officer, Almir Sajtovic. “This is a brand-new building type with several high-end features that I know our resident’s will love. The city has been very welcoming to us, and we look forward to the chance to give back as we get closer to opening.”
The project is expected to bring more than 100 jobs to Topeka. Cedarhurst Senior Living has one other Kansas community in Prairie Village and three additional communities in the Kansas City metro area.
