Vaerus Aviation Announces Addition Of Cody Means
Brooks Pettit, President of Vaerus Aviation, recently announced the addition of Pilot Cody Means to his team.
“In an effort to help you get to know our 2021 team additions, I'd like to start by helping you get to know Cody Means, a Vaerus pilot that continues to serve in the Air National Guard,” Pettit stated.
Before coming to Vaerus, Cody started flying in the 190th Air Refueling Wing as a KC-135 pilot.
As Cody puts it, "my time in the Air National Guard has taken me all over the world in support of combat tours to Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan. I continue my guard duty today, but in a traditional capacity by working part-time. This has allowed me the opportunity to fly full-time at Vaerus flying the Beech 400 and Citation Excel."
Cody has already been flying with Vaerus for 6 months and has already flown to Cabo San Lucas, Nassau, and Napa.
Cody and his wife recently had a daughter, McKinley, who keeps them busy when he's not flying around the country. Cody is also a history buff who hopes to one day tour France and the beaches of Normandy.
