EnvistaCares Challenge Highlights HealthAccess
Envista Credit Union announced that it will highlight HealthAccess through the EnvistaCares Challenge during the month of November.
The EnvistaCares Challenge includes a challenge grant, media and marketing package, and an organizational storytelling video. Through the challenge grant, Envista will match every dollar given to HealthAccess during the month of September up to $2,500. Giving can be done online at www.envistacares.com. The media package is valued at more than $12,000 and includes a month of promotion through billboards, emails, social media and radio. Finally, Envista supports the production of a video for HealthAccess to use to share their message and encourage members of the community to give and become a partner.
“We are thrilled to be a part of November’s EnvistaCares challenge! This opportunity gives us much needed support to continue coordinating medical specialist referrals and process prescription payments for our patients,” said Megan Skaggs, executive director of HealthAccess. “The donation match will be so impactful to our 1,550 patients currently enrolled in HealthAccess.”
For over 20 years, HealthAccess has been dedicated to improving access to health care, promoting health equity, and coordinating volunteer efforts on behalf of the entire medical community of Shawnee County. Through this community partnership, Health Access provides low-income, uninsured residents with prescription payment assistance, giving our patients comprehensive medical assistance that includes primary care and specialty care.
“Our goal at Envista is to lead, inspire and make an impact with our giving,” said Tara Dimick, chief business development officer for Envista Credit Union. “HealthAccess is an incredible example of an organization that makes a far-reaching impact on our community. We are honored to support them and are inspired by their leadership.”
