NOTO Arts and Entertainment District Announces Four New Board Members
The NOTO Arts and Entertainment District has elected four new board members to the non-profit organization. Cole Mosier, Kathy Pflaum, Andrew Tague, and Miriam Krehbiel will help the organization with its mission to become a premier arts and entertainment district.
Cole Mosier owns a building and resides in the NOTO district. He is an engineer for Evergy.
Kathy Pflaum is the owner of Pflaum Fiber Design Studio. As an artist she has been active in NOTO for many years and her works are often featured at various galleries in NOTO and the region. Kathy is the Director of Purchasing at Washburn University.
Andrew Tague is an Associate Attorney for Goodell, Stratton, Edmonds & Palmer, LLP. A lifelong Topeka, Andrew has been an active community volunteer.
Miriam Krehbiel serves as the Deputy Director of Support Services for the Topeka Rescue Mission. She offers extensive experience in non-profit organizations.
The newly elected members have committed to a three-year term of service.
Officers of the board include chair Matthew McGivern, Senne and Company; past-chair Jon Bohlander, The Wheel Barrel; chair-elect Pedro Concepcion, Onyx Wellness Café and Create Uplift; treasurer Kay Grey, community volunteer; and secretary Claudia Larkin, community volunteer.
