What do you love most about your work?

Each day I get the opportunity to work alongside clinical staff that step into the lives of seniors and provide comfort and support in challenging times. I hear stories from families and patients about how the staff changed their lives in a positive way.

What is something you wish someone had told you during your career journey?

I wish someone would have told me the value of every interaction with staff that you get is an opportunity to lead. It took me a few years to fully understand how each time I was communicating with staff I had the opportunity to build them up or tear them down.

What is your foundation?

My family. I get the wonderful opportunity to be a husband and a father to three great kids. Each day I hope that the way that I lead and the way that I treat others is an example to my kids.
