Providing moral, legal and ethical training standards for safety.
Who are your mentors?
A now retired employee and mayor (Mike Padilla). I admired his courage, his communication style and his relatability. He inspired me to be better at my job.

Attitude, communication and an adaptive mindset.

Empowering new employees by training and teaching.

Candor and honesty while being sensitive to others, even while taking corrective action.

My current assignment running the academy and training center

That there was more to my job then arresting criminals - a mentor
