What is one word you would use to describe yourself?
Loyal. I'm a good friend, supporter and listener, and I show up when it counts.
What do you love most about your work?
What I love most about my work is helping students navigate the higher education process and watching them grow. I was a first-generation college student, so I understand difficult the processes can be.
What advice has served you well?
My father always said, "If it is meant to be, it will be!"
What music artist do you never get tired of?
80's Hair Bands - I Love the 80's!
What characteristics do you value most in your coworkers?
The characteristics I value in coworkers are hard-working, reliable, and helpful.
What led you to this career?
I enjoyed my time as a college student and the opportunities I had to grow as an individual. I have held numerous positions on a college/university campus (advisor, instructor, counselor), and the Registrar's office was a good fit for me.
What should one never take for granted?
Today! The past is in the past, and you never know if you have a future.
What are you grateful for?
I'm grateful for today and my family and friends.
What do you do for fun or to recharge?
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends to have fun and recharge.
What would we mostly likely see you doing on a weekend?
On weekends, you would find me spending time with family and friends, listening to live music, exploring a new place, or spending time alone.
