Who is your greatest inspiration?
My grandfather is my greatest inspiration. His work ethic, integrity, and honesty were unparalleled. He had an 8th grade education, fought in two wars, and worked with his hands every day to provide a solid foundation for his family to thrive. I am a direct result of his efforts and I carry the lessons he taught me every day.

What are your strengths?
My father taught me how to solve problems. He taught me how things work and, to the contrary, if something was broken, we fixed it. Then, we needed to understand why it broke - and that lesson was the greatest gift. Growing up, I thought I would grow up to be a mechanic. Understanding how the individual pieces of something larger interact with one another to accomplish a task is universal and I maintain that mindset in all of my endeavors.

What do you love most about your work?
The inspirational people I am fortunate enough to work beside make coming through the door every day a pleasure. Seeing the company and team grow while knowing that the efforts put forth each day making a genuine contribution to progress is extremely rewarding.

What superhuman ability would you want?
Super fluency. Being able to go anywhere and communicate with anyone in the world would be incredible.

What have you learned from the pandemic?
The power of personal interaction cannot be understated. While we all need time to ourselves for self reflection and restoration, the face-to-face interactions and bonds that develop from those can't be replicated through any other means. Jim Carrey said "Solitude is dangerous. The peace and calm can become addictive." When it comes to community and building relationships - flowers grow where you sow and water them.

What 3 critical skills help you in your work?
Listening, listening, and listening! Knowing that every individual has a voice, it is vitally important that no one is stifled. The best ideas come from maintaining a collaborative environment where everyone knows they are respected, and their input is valued.

What do you think the secret to a good life is?
A good life can be made by looking at those around you and knowing that their lives are better than if you were not a part of it. Celebrating the successes of one another brings positivity that can't be had as an individual. Surround yourself with people you look up to and respect - often you will find they have done the same thing.

What is your biggest pet peeve?
Stickers that are meant to be removed that leave behind their backing. We can do better.
